PRODUCT OFFICER

Job Description 1. Product Research & Development Research emerging trends and competitor strategies (specs, pricing, promotions). Propose new product concepts, replacements, and key selling points (KSPs) with target market and positioning. 2. Product Testing & Validation Lead DVT and PVT testing, ensuring performance, quality, and user experience meet standards. Coordinate with factories on issues, provide solutions, and summarize findings. Review and improve factory manuals, guides, and product documentation. 3. Factory & Cross-Functional Coordination Align with factories on specifications, monitor progress, and flag risks to meet deadlines. Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Merch, E-commerce, and M-commerce to ensure accurate product briefs, training materials, POSM, and digital content. 4. Documentation & Updates Create and update product briefs, datasheets, brand book, and product portfolio. Provide omnibus updates and coordinate changes with relevant departments. 5. Strategic Alignment & Project Management Lead internal alignment meetings, track project timelines, and monitor risks across departments. 6. Customer & Market Insights Collect and analyze feedback from customers, promoters, media, online reviews, and after-sales. Use insights to guide improvements or recommend product replacements. 7. LDU Monitoring & Inventory Management Track borrowed LDUs, monitor daily borrowers, and maintain yearly request records. Qualifications Must be a college graduate in Industrial Engineering or any Business Management-related course, with a strong interest in consumer electronics and branding Preferably with experience in Project Management and leading cross-functional initiatives. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) Proven Project Management Expertise – Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and executing complex projects from concept to completion with a focus on efficiency and results. Effective Communication & Collaboration – Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence key stakeholders. Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills – Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting tight deadlines. Chinese Language Proficiency – Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese (spoken and written) for coordination with factories and business partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
