Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Monitor and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits as required. Review and approve reconciliations, journal entries, and other financial documentation. Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounting Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Proven ability to manage and lead a team within the accounting and finance department. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. A results-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
