About the Role This full-time Live Conversion (Chinese/Mandarin) role is based in Dubai and is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team. In this position, you will utilize your expertise in live broadcast industry to drive strategic initiatives and support the company's overall objectives. What you'll be doing -Integrate resources and convert live broadcasts based on platform resources and development needs; -Be responsible for the platform, improve live broadcast data, maintain users and other related work; -Be responsible for assisting the anchor in the early trial broadcast, standardizing and guiding the anchor's early content; -Be responsible for tracking the live broadcast operation effect and platform promotion, feedback data, and user opinions; -Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. What we're looking for -Fluency in both English and Chinese/Mandarin language, with excellent written, reading, listening and verbal communication skills -Bachelor degree or above -More than 1 year of live broadcast experience; -Love live broadcast, familiar with live broadcast platform or have related work in live broadcast industry, those who have engaged in Internet live broadcast or related work experience are preferred; -Know the rules of each video live broadcast platform -Pay attention to and understand blockchain, live broadcast related programs and topics; -Have strong organizational skills, stress resistance, and self-driving ability -Willing to work in Dubai.
