JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct engagements as instructed by the Audit Supervisor. Plan and conduct compliance audits in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; conduct & document interviews/walkthroughs, execute field work as assigned. Review and assess the effectiveness of the organization's compliance controls. Identify potential risks, non‑compliance issues, or process inefficiencies. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and actionable recommendations. Monitor and follow up on implementation of recommendations/corrective actions to ensure timely resolution. Stay up‑to‑date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines. Collaborate with compliance officers, legal teams, and department heads to implement best practices. Support investigations into suspected compliance violations or unethical behavior. Participate in the development and enhancement of compliance programs and training. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Certified Public Accountant; 1-2 years of experience in auditing, compliance, or risk management; Excellent analytical, research, and report‑writing skills; Familiarity with audit tools and compliance management systems is a plus.
