In this role, your mission is to transform business processes using artificial intelligence and automation. You will make a direct impact by:

• Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results in cross-functional teams
• Engaging in client-facing interactions with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This Role Is for You If...

Experience:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in process engineering, automation, or full-stack development.
• You are a fresh graduate with a strong interest in artificial intelligence.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with or a strong interest in artificial intelligence (AI)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
• Experience as a college professor or trainer in a relevant discipline.

• Compensation: Up to ₱50,000 + incentives

• Reports to: Learning and Development Manager
