Property Development Management Specialist PURPOSE: This position exists to provide dedicated administrative and operational support in the establishment of Tech City, a strategic initiative that is currently in its early stage of development. Its main objectives are to: Facilitate the acquisition of properties necessary for the project. Oversee and coordinate the processing of permits, certificates, and licenses required for compliance with regulatory authorities. Ensure the continuity of critical functions previously handled by a Converge employee who can no longer perform these tasks due to her current corporate responsibilities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Business Administration or a related field. Knowledge of real estate laws, zoning regulations, and permitting processes. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling property-related documents. Required to travel for fieldwork, inspections, and coordination with local government offices. BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING: Background in coordinating with government agencies (e.g., DENR, HLURB/DHSUD, LGUs, Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office, etc.) for property documentation and compliance. Experience in project documentation, feasibility assessment, and regulatory processing (with or without experience). TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Analytical Skills Change Management Project Management Manpower Planning People Management Presentation Skills AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Property Acquisition and Documentation Assist in identifying, evaluating, and securing properties aligned with the company’s development plans. Ensure proper due diligence, documentation, and coordination with property owners, brokers, and legal offices. Permits, Licenses, and Regulatory Compliance Facilitate and monitor the processing of all necessary permits, certifications, and licenses from national and local government agencies. Maintain an updated tracker of application statuses and regulatory deadlines. Project Coordination and Support Provide administrative and operational support to management in the development of the Tech City. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Records Management and Reporting Maintain organized and up-to-date records of property documents, permits, and development updates. Prepare regular progress and compliance reports for management.
