Who are we looking for: We are looking for an Expansion Admin Specialist who will play a vital role in the success of our business expansion initiatives. This position is responsible for assisting in smooth site acquisitions, store openings, and project rollouts by managing permits, contracts, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate ensures that all administrative, documentation, and coordination processes are carried out efficiently and accurately. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide administrative and logistical support for new store openings, site setups, and expansion initiatives. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and reports related to expansion projects. Assist in monitoring budgets, purchasing materials, and preparing necessary permits or licenses. Track progress and communicate updates to the Expansion and Operations teams. Provides assistance and coordinates with other teams in preparing reports, visual presentations, and accomplishment summaries. Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of concerns related to the Expansion Team’s activities. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or expansion support roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with project tracking tools. A team player who can adapt quickly and work efficiently under minimal supervision. Skilled in coordinating activities and communications with internal and external stakeholders. Willing to be assigned in Libtong, Meycauayan, and report to the satellite office in Quezon City when needed. Why Join Us?
