  • Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving process performance in a project environment.
  • Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles.

  • Monitor and evaluate internal processes to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

  • Open to college graduates or undergraduates with relevant work experience.
  • Experience in project management or client-facing roles (1–3 years varies by posting).
  • Proficiency in Power BI and experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Six Sigma principles; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
  • Experience with document management systems or QA/QC in a corporate setting (as applicable per posting).
  • Strong analytical, data gathering, and reporting skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work in shifts and to commute/relocate as required by the role.
