Change Management Specialist - FinTech Revenue Operations Nasdaq Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview Nasdaq is hiring a Change Management Specialist to join the Financial Technology (FinTech) Revenue Operations team. The role supports sales and sales support teams, as well as other stakeholders, by leading adoption efforts, trainings and change initiatives that improve how we work and communicate. You will develop and deliver clear change communications and practical training programs to help teams understand and adopt FinTech tools and processes, ensure effective onboarding of new team members, and maintain ongoing training that remains relevant and engaging. What You Will Do – Main Focus & Challenges Your main focus will be to develop and deliver clear change communications including practical training programs that help teams understand and adopt FinTech tools and processes. You’ll ensure that new team members are onboarded effectively and that ongoing training remains relevant and engaging. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are crucial, as you’ll be creating user-friendly guides, hosting training sessions, and maintaining open lines of communication to support continuous learning and improvement. Develop and distribute change communications across multiple channels , collaborating with project leads to understand upcoming changes and engaging stakeholders to ensure timely and effective awareness. Design and deliver training programs for the sales teams , with focus on processes and sales technologies including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Conga, and 6Sense. Track and measure adoption of tools and processes, analyze usage data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement of change initiatives. Craft and share resources like how-to guides, regular updates, and refresher sessions. Use Salesforce and JIRA to support structured change management practices. Supervise the Sales and Revenue Operations Net Promoter Score (NPS) program and coordinate improvements based on feedback. What We Expect – Qualifications & Experience At least 4+ years experience in Sales Operations, Support, or training roles, with at least 1 year working with sales technology or change initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of Salesforce Experience with digital adoption tooling Proven experience with designing, implementing, owning and delivering sales training programs Excellent PowerPoint skills Experience with sales enablement tools (Zoominfo, Outreach.io, Gong) Experience with CPQ or CLM recommended; experience with Conga is nice to have Commitment to delivering high-quality, adaptable and well-rounded customer service Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with partners Amenable to work mid shift and to be in the Nasdaq office at least two times per week in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig Benefits & Work Model This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City , Taguig with a hybrid work model (at least 2 in-office days per week).
