On‑site - Makati 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full‑time Job Description A bin card accountant is typically responsible for maintaining bin cards , which are physical or digital records used to track inventory levels of items stored in a warehouse or stockroom. The role is often found in logistics, supply chain, or stores departments, especially in organizations that manage large inventories. Key Responsibilities of a Bin Card Accountant: Inventory Tracking : Updates bin cards with every stock movement (receipts, issues, returns). Ensures accuracy between physical stock and recorded quantities. Regularly compares bin card entries with actual stock and accounting records. Investigates discrepancies and reports them. Documentation and Reporting : Maintains clear and up-to-date records for audits and internal reviews. Prepares inventory reports for management. Coordination : Works closely with storekeepers, procurement officers, and finance teams. Ensures timely updates and communication regarding stock levels. Compliance : Ensures inventory practices comply with company policies and procedures.
