As a Social Media Associate and Marketing Intern, you’ll help build the Rezbin brand across social media, on the ground, and in the hearts of eco-champions everywhere. Your main focus will be helping us engage Gen Z and youth communities through eye-catching, high-impact content. Researching trends, potential partners, and cool ideas to make recycling more engaging Creation of content calendar, social media planning, and scheduling Designing social media content (posts, stories, carousels, infographics, etc.) using Canva, Adobe, or other tools to boost awareness and participation Shooting and editing short-form videos for social media, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories Helping manage and grow our online community Supporting local campaigns, activations, and on-ground events Gathering and organizing photos/videos from operations for marketing use Monitoring analytics and contributing to campaign reports A self-starter who’s not afraid to experiment, learn, and have fun with content Social media savvy: you know what’s trending on Instagram or TikTok and how to create for different audiences Passionate about the environment, sustainability, or youth-driven change Confident in design and video editing — whether it’s Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc. Real experience in a fast-growing startup with a social mission Mentorship and opportunities to pitch your own campaigns Creative freedom to test your ideas and build your portfolio Experience working directly with the founders and our clients Access to behind-the-scenes operations and community impact Flexible schedule as you work on meaningful campaigns that drive real-world impact A fun, passionate, and purpose-driven team Internship certificate upon completion Exposure to the fast-paced world of tech and sustainability startups Travel allowance for in-person events and meetups Ready to make trash talk cool?
