Overview

Position: Senior HSE Admin • Work setup & shift: Hybrid / Day Shift

What You’ll Do
  • Execute analysis & produce recurring monthly HSE statistical reports.
  • Execute ad hoc HSE analysis based on customer requests.
  • Analyze statistics & reports for accuracy; identify errors, root causes, and troubleshoot.
  • Continuously improve the accuracy & automation of HSE statistical reporting.
  • Administer the Cintellate management system. Address user queries, and manage system changes as required.
  • Undertake data reporting to meet National Greenhouse Energy Reporting obligations.
What You Need
  • Qualified by experience in a previous HSE analysis, reporting, and/or system administration role.
  • Tertiary degree in health, safety, environment or equivalent desirable.
  • Advanced computer skills - MS Office Suite; particularly MS Excel and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • Experienced user of HSE data systems – Cintellate in particular, or equivalent.
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills; high attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to prepare concise HSE reports; very competent written and verbal communication (English).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and self-manage to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ability to build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
