AVP Client Relationship Manager Location: Taguig, Philippines Role Level: Not Applicable | Work Type: Full-Time | Country: Philippines | City: Taguig Job Description We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities Administer, mentor, and oversee performance management for senior support level employees and junior professional employees. Coordinate the workload of team members and ensure the team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs. Strengthen effective long‑term relationships with key client decision‑makers and monitor changes within client organizations. Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Recognize and capitalize on revenue generation and growth opportunities by developing additional business from existing portfolios and other sources. Implement successful account retention and defense strategies to ensure business is retained. Qualifications Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Preferred Experience Experience in the insurance or benefits industry. Ability to navigate complex claim‑related matters and assist in negotiations.
