This position provides critical insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize financial performance and support strategic decision-making. The FP&A Director will lead the FP&A team and collaborate closely with various departments across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership/people management role. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial audiences. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence senior management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
