Job Description/Summary:

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a strategic leadership role responsible for directing the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This position provides critical insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize financial performance and support strategic decision-making. The FP&A Director will lead the FP&A team and collaborate closely with various departments across the organization.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management
  2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
  3. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership/people management role.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial audiences.
  6. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence senior management.
  7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.
  8. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
