Our small, focused development team (five engineers and one QA) ships new features every week — and we’re looking for a Project Manager to help us stay organized, on schedule, and efficient. What You’ll Do Manage and maintain our project board in Monday.com. Plan and organize weekly sprints and retrospectives. Track progress across user stories, features, and bug fixes. Run brief daily standups or asynchronous team check-ins. Identify blockers and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Communicate project status updates clearly to leadership. Prepare concise weekly progress summaries. What You Bring Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Experience with Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable collaborating with software developers and QA teams. Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive in following up on tasks. Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Availability for full-time remote work during U.S. hours. Nice to Have Experience managing Agile sprints or software development workflows. Familiarity with QA or release management processes. Product management experience (e.g., writing user stories, defining features, prioritizing tasks). Background in SaaS or startup environments.
