Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all partner communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue.
  • Also responsible for communicating and resolving conflicts and/ or issues with clients, employees, etc. of such handled accounts.
  • Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Manager or if any problems that may arise.
  • Accountable for the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing account.
  • Work closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status thus identifying potential issues and/or opportunities.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business,
  • Communicate the partner’s goals and represent the latter’s interests to Sun Life.
  • Provide regular two-way communication between the partner/ client and department, to provide strong representation and set proper partner/client expectations.
  • Report to the Affinity Partnerships Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a daily basis.
  • Regular monitoring and review production performance of existing accounts, for those that are newly installed and old accounts.
  • Correspondence generation for such accounts such as review letters, termination letters, congratulatory letters, among others.
  • Set appointments and conduct of Account Visits.
  • Work hand-in-hand with other Affinity Partnerships teammates, specifically the Manager, to find leads for new business and maintain positive relationships with current clients.
  • Perform other duties that maybe assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • With experience in handling corporations / organizations for at least 3 years
  • College graduate of any business / marketing-related course with at least 5 years work experience
  • Highly trainable
  • High potential
