Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities:- Responsible for all partner communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue.
- Responsible for communicating and resolving conflicts and/or issues with clients, employees, etc., of handled accounts.
- Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensure that client issues are dealt with efficiently, informing the Manager of any problems that may arise.
- Accountable for the contract and contract renewals for new work for existing accounts.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status, identifying potential issues and/or opportunities.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and accounts are profitable.
- Be aware of and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Communicate the partner's goals and represent their interests to Sun Life.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the partner/client and department to set proper expectations.
- Report to the Affinity Partnerships Manager, providing regular updates on account activity, including status and call reports daily.
- Monitor and review the production performance of existing accounts, including new and old accounts.
- Generate correspondence such as review letters, termination letters, congratulatory letters, among others.
- Set appointments and conduct account visits.
- Collaborate with other team members to find leads for new business and maintain positive relationships with current clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

- College graduate in business or marketing-related course with at least 5 years of work experience
- Highly trainable and high potential
