Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for all partner communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue.
  2. Responsible for communicating and resolving conflicts and/or issues with clients, employees, etc., of handled accounts.
  3. Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  4. Ensure that client issues are dealt with efficiently, informing the Manager of any problems that may arise.
  5. Accountable for the contract and contract renewals for new work for existing accounts.
  6. Work closely with the team to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status, identifying potential issues and/or opportunities.
  7. Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and accounts are profitable.
  8. Be aware of and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business.
  9. Communicate the partner's goals and represent their interests to Sun Life.
  10. Provide regular two-way communication between the partner/client and department to set proper expectations.
  11. Report to the Affinity Partnerships Manager, providing regular updates on account activity, including status and call reports daily.
  12. Monitor and review the production performance of existing accounts, including new and old accounts.
  13. Generate correspondence such as review letters, termination letters, congratulatory letters, among others.
  14. Set appointments and conduct account visits.
  15. Collaborate with other team members to find leads for new business and maintain positive relationships with current clients.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications / Compétences
  • At least 3 years of experience handling corporations/organizations
  • College graduate in business or marketing-related course with at least 5 years of work experience
  • Highly trainable and high potential
