Sr. Buyer – Sourcing Analyst Location: Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Company: onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) – driving disruptive innovations in automotive and industrial end‑markets. Job Description Support POC operations, facilitate sourcing and procurement activities, and ensure accurate and timely purchase orders and supplier engagement. Responsibilities Understand procurement processes and use data to support sourcing decisions. Schedule and run sourcing events in Coupa, consolidate results, and discuss findings with the Sourcing Manager. Create purchase orders or catalog/BPA transactions in Oracle Cloud following sourcing events. Review and monitor approved requisitions in Oracle for assigned commodities. Manage the PR queue and coordinate with global sourcing, procurement, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate PO creation and timely release. Act as system expert to resolve PO, invoice, and payment disputes, providing real‑time PR/PO troubleshooting support. Ensure system accuracy of purchase orders, including parameter setup and catalog build‑up for BPA and auto‑releases. Guarantee supply continuity by confirming price and supplier commitments, tracking delivery updates, performing order acknowledgments, and maintaining up‑to‑date PO details. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, or related field. At least 4 years of supply‑chain experience. Knowledge of purchasing systems and processes, preferably Oracle Cloud Procurement. Strong English communication skills. Demonstrated analytical skills and expert Excel proficiency.
