Job Description

Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary: Php 40,000 - 50,000

Job type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (night shift, 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM PH Time)

Location: Work From Home

Responsibilities
  • Build and launch emails, landing pages, and popups using Ontraport and Wisepops.
  • Set up and manage marketing automations and email sequences.
  • Implement and manage A/B tests across funnels and pages.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot and QA all funnel components prior to go-live.
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards (Google Analytics, Ontraport, etc.).
  • Deliver regular performance reports on campaigns, automations, and tests.
  • Track key conversion metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain integrations across tools (e.g., Zapier, Ontraport, Wisepops).
  • Ensure systems are documented and workflows are always up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the founder to streamline and systematize backend delivery.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in backend marketing implementation—not just strategy.
  • Knowledge of tools like Ontraport (or similar CRMs), Wisepops, and Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable building landing pages, setting up automations, and executing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in execution.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to create clear, documented SOPs for marketing systems and tasks.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and proactively managing deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for promoting the luxury brand and projects of Brittany Corporation through online and offline activities.
  • Oversees online leads and sales generation to ensure quality clients gained through online means
  • Respond to questions generated from various digital platforms
  • Assist the team in conducting sales and marketing activities
  • Achieve sales targets through different marketing efforts
  • Create and update sales content on various online and social media platforms

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed a bachelor/college degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related course
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, there will be actual and online trainings.
  • Experience from Real Estate, Car dealership, pharmaceutical and insurance can be an advantage
  • Provides information to the clients on industry updates, market conditions, prices and other related matters on Real Estate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in oral and written form
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop or any related platforms is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to be assigned in Crosswinds, Tagaytay, Cavite
  • Must meet sales targets

Salary : Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
