We are a Japanese company looking for a Sales & Technical Operations Executive to be part of our growing team. Our work environment is professional and fun—you’ll gain valuable experience while enjoying your role
Responsibilities- Actively source and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Conduct outreach via calls and on-site visits
- Lead client presentations, proposal development, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with partner bars and entertainment venues
- Maximize sales growth with refined marketing strategies for partner bars
- Provide on-site and remote support for machine operation and maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Prepare reports and insights for internal review
- Perform other sales-related tasks as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to training
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Motorcycle/driver\'s license is an advantage
- Sales experience is an advantage
- 1-3 years of relevant sales/operations experience
- Bachelor degree
- Ability to work on-site in Makati/Cavite area as assigned
- Comfort with travel to on-site client locations
To be assigned in our Makati office; the position may involve travel or on-site support as required.
