We are a Japanese company looking for a Sales & Technical Operations Executive to be part of our growing team. Our work environment is professional and fun—you’ll gain valuable experience while enjoying your role

Responsibilities
  • Actively source and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
  • Conduct outreach via calls and on-site visits
  • Lead client presentations, proposal development, and follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with partner bars and entertainment venues
  • Maximize sales growth with refined marketing strategies for partner bars
  • Provide on-site and remote support for machine operation and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Prepare reports and insights for internal review
  • Perform other sales-related tasks as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to training
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Motorcycle/driver\'s license is an advantage
  • Sales experience is an advantage
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales/operations experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati/Cavite area as assigned
  • Comfort with travel to on-site client locations
Working Location

To be assigned in our Makati office; the position may involve travel or on-site support as required.
