What You Will Be Doing Develop BrainLifts: Create and refine structured repositories of expert insights that enhance AI capabilities, inform strategic decisions, and demonstrate your domain mastery. Execute Weekly Product Iterations: Deliver targeted, data‑driven enhancements that systematically advance the product toward defined business outcomes. Establish Domain Authority: Cultivate comprehensive, structured understanding of your specific domain to elevate decision quality, deliver precision‑tailored outputs, and communicate with unquestionable expertise. What You Won’t Be Doing Managing extended development cycles; our delivery model demands weekly feature deployment. Creating exhaustive documentation, maintaining backlogs, or detailing every interface element and edge case. Engaging in technical implementation or architectural design. Basic Requirements Minimum 4 years in product leadership positions at product‑focused companies, with demonstrable experience shaping comprehensive product vision, defining strategic roadmaps, and implementing improvements based on metrics or customer insights (must encompass entire products, not features or modules; excludes internal development, outsourced work, or single‑client custom solutions). Proven experience managing enterprise software products, with deep understanding of the unique selection, procurement, and adoption patterns that distinguish enterprise clients from consumer and SMB markets. Strong technical foundation enabling effective discussion of data models and system design trade‑offs, supported by either Computer Science education or minimum 1 year of hands‑on development experience.
