Job Description Designing, implementing, and maintaining DLP solutions to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and information leaks. Developing and managing UAM systems to monitor and detect abnormal user behavior, insider threats, and suspicious activities. Supporting and enhancing IAM strategies, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and identity governance across systems and applications. Implementing and administering PAM solutions to safeguard privileged accounts and mitigate security risks associated with elevated access. Collaborating with security and IT teams to integrate security controls within the bank's infrastructure and applications. Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.). Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and documentation related to DLP, UAM, IAM, and PAM. Investigating security incidents, supporting forensic analysis, and providing remediation recommendations. Working with internal stakeholders to educate and train employees on data protection, privileged access management, and secure user activity monitoring. Evaluating new security technologies and recommending enhancements to improve the bank's cybersecurity framework. The Successful Applicant A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on DLP, UAM, IAM, and PAM solutions. Hands-on experience with security tools such as Symantec DLP, Forcepoint, Varonis, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft IAM, etc. Strong knowledge of access controls, authentication protocols, encryption, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, GIAC, or vendor-specific security certifications are highly preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
