OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced bookkeeper to join a U.S.-based company on a long-term, full-time basis. This role combines traditional bookkeeping responsibilities with general administrative support. While the workload will start gradually, the position is full-time from day one and will expand over time.
This is not a transitional role. We are looking for someone committed to the bookkeeping profession and interested in a long-term position.
Responsibilities- Apply working knowledge of QuickBooks to support financial tracking and review
- Perform bookkeeping tasks as needed (not day-to-day entry-level bookkeeping)
- Assist in managing and updating customer records and contact lists
- Support administrative tasks such as light order coordination (e.g., placing fabric orders)
- Handle general back-office operations and documentation as assigned
- Minimum of 10 years of professional bookkeeping experience, and at least 5 years with one individual firm
- Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or willingness to learn)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, dependability, and integrity
