The ROLE As a Client Services Officer, you’ll support in key areas of client engagement, revenue, & data management. You’ll make sure contracts, fees, and financial records are accurate and up to date, while maintaining complete client data in our systems and help deliver client materials that support the Advice Team in providing world-class service. What YOU’LL DO Oversee the engagement and fee management process for all clients Draft contracts, manage CRM data, and monitor revenue reports Reconcile fees, track insurance commissions, and ensure accurate reporting Manage the client portal, uploads, and document flow Conduct research calls to gather or verify client information Maintain accurate CRM data and manage data feeds and migrations Clean and align data in Excel, ensuring connections are mapped correctly Prepare review folders, reports, and meeting materials Load transactions, populate forms, and manage tax documents Support the Advice Team in implementing client advice efficiently What WE’RE LOOKING FOR A degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or related field Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Previous VA experience or supporting international clients is an advantage Strong attention to detail and comfortable navigating multiple systems Confident communicator and proven customer service mindset Basic understanding of Australian entity structures is a plus The PERKS Competitive salary package HMO on day one for you and one dependent Fun social events and supportive team culture Fixed weekends off + Christmas & New Year off Fun, inclusive workplace culture with sports, clubs, and celebrations #J-18808-Ljbffr
