The role supports the operation of digital transformation systems and user access management processes and drives standardization and efficiencies across SigniFi and TransAct initiatives. The primary location is New Brunswick, NJ, but the role may be based in other J&J sites in the US or Puerto Rico. Candidates may work out of Manila (Philippines), Prague (Czech Republic), Mumbai (India), or Wokingham (UK). Travel to New Brunswick may be required, up to 10% domestic/international. Scope of Responsibilities Support governance, monitoring, and maintenance of J&J’s enterprise internal controls within UAM processes and financial systems. Provide compliance support to SigniFi and TransAct digital transformation projects, focusing on User Access Management and other system compliance processes. Deliver compliance systems support across all major system and tool deployments within SigniFi/TransAct Digital Core, Planning & Forecasting, Consolidations, and Reporting initiatives. Support Control Owners/Performers during ongoing Internal and External SOX and operational audits, including development of remediation plans for deficiencies. Ensure controls are performed and evidenced timely, meeting all External Reporting, Management Reporting, SOX, and regulatory deadlines. Collaborate with GPO organizations, Global Services Internal Audit, and IT stakeholders on compliance design and execution of controls. Design, implement, and support ongoing execution of Business, Finance, and IT controls and quality metrics across platforms. Analyze, troubleshoot, and proactively challenge existing processes, suggesting and supporting implementations that improve influence and business impact. Leverage data to make informed decisions, improve processes and systems, and create risk‑mitigated plans. Execute strategies and governance for compliance monitoring reporting. Support design, build, and run of internal and external management reporting strategy and governance. Support initiatives related to control automation to drive standardization and efficiencies across the enterprise. Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Accounting Information Systems, or related business field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (MBA, Master’s, CPA, CIA, CISA, CMA) are preferred. Working knowledge of Security & User Access Management processes and tools. Knowledge of financial and IT internal controls. Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404, US GAAP, and IFRS. Knowledge of Financial External Reporting and Management Reporting data, processes, and controls. Ability to proactively identify and mitigate process risks. Understanding of continuous process improvement techniques. Anticipate needs, assess and manage business risk, and manage through crisis and ambiguity. Experience in a complex, multi‑ERP/system environment (S/4 SAP HANA preferred). People‑management skills and ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence the audience. Key Working Relationships / Collaboration Engage and develop trusted relationships with peers and leaders in GPO organizations, Global Services, Internal/External Audits, GTAAS, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Controllership to identify process improvements and introduce productivity‑enabling technologies.
