Assistant Manager – Compliance & Information Security

Location: T3Cogno Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Compliance & Information Security with strong expertise in Compliance, Information Security, and BCM domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing audits, risk assessments, and compliance with global security standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage audits, risk assessments, and compliance with global security standards
  • Hands-on experience in VAPT, Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity
  • ITGC controls & Information Security management
  • Vendor & stakeholder coordination for compliance/security tasks
  • Knowledge of BCP/DR and conducting BCP tests
  • Experience in Risk Management audits, Risk Registers, and BIA processes
  • Familiarity with ISO 31000 (Risk Management) & ISO 22301 (BCM implementation)
Qualifications
  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Certifications (Mandatory): ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, PCI DSS, CEH (EC-Council), CISA
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 (ISMS), PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST
  • Internal & external audit experience for ISO standards & HIPAA/HITRUST compliance
  • Hands-on experience in VAPT, Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity
Work Details
  • Work Timings: 9 hrs/day | 5 days a week | Should align with US & Manila Ops shifts
  • Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
