Job Summary

Job Description

  • Identify key customers/supporters (hospitals, distributors, wholesalers etc) of Philcare products to develop and implement specific strategies for targeting and developing users of such products
  • Establish strong inter-personal relationships, resulting in true business partnerships with key stakeholders such as the target specialty doctors, pharmacists, nurses, decision makers, and influencers at all departmental levels of each assigned hospital/non-hospital account.
  • Identify, develop, maintain and leverage relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other individuals who influence purchasing/prescribing decisions
  • Develop and maintain mastery of product knowledge and a consultative sales approach
  • Understand and articulate the most up-to-date, clinically approved studies to educate customers and handle questions/concerns about Philcare Pharma products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Persuasive and resilient
  • Communication skills
  • Customer service skills

Key roles for Professional Medical Representatives:

  • Responsible to maintain and expand sales in designated territory assignments and provide continuing education and service to targeted physicians.
  • Delivers product presentations to targeted customers
  • Manage hospital sales and marketing expense budget to maximize the effectiveness of expenditures
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales objectives.
  • Maintains territory profitability through sensible expense control measures.
  • Utilizes monthly budget to maximize profitability and return on investment.
  • Provide competitive market surveillance and market trend information to management;
