We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Reference Data Services Senior Analyst - Onsite (Internal Job Title: Reference Data Services Analyst 2 - C10) based in BGC Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you’re expected to: Apply specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Remediates data in the Clients and Security Coding systems. Perform day to day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams. Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis. Provide direction and guidance to team, evaluating performance, making recommendations and identifying training requirements. Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated. Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: Bachelor’s/University degree with relevant experience is preferred College undergraduate with 3 years of relevant experience is encouraged Managing various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable.
