Responsibilities: Implement and optimise SAP SuccessFactors' Onboarding module. Lead the end-to-end setup and customization of SuccessFactors Onboarding, including configuring forms, tasks, workflows, and integrations with other HR systems. Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices. Mandatory Skills Description: Proven experience as SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Experience with other SuccessFactors modules Note: At DXC Technology, work location may include a DXC office, client site, or remote setting where appropriate. DXC reserves the right to adjust work location arrangements in response to evolving business requirements.
