Executive Search Consultant I Strategic Talent Partner

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations of a growing investment company and its multiple subsidiaries. This position plays a critical role in providing accurate and consolidated financial reporting, ensuring strong governance and compliance in all statutory and tax matters, and supporting executive leadership in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in accounting and controllership within complex organizational structures and can thrive in a growing investment environment.

Work Setup: Hybrid – typically once a month reporting in Makati (or as needed). The company is currently transitioning towards a remote setup, but the Financial Controller role may still be expected to attend face-to-face reporting when required.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Operational Support
  • Systems & Process Improvement - Leverage the NetSuite ERP
  • Governance, Compliance & Tax
  • Other Areas; Support negotiations related to investment ventures, acquisitions, or capital structure planning. Facilitate alignment between corporate finance goals and operational execution within business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Licensed CPA
  • At least 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in financial software (preferably NetSuite ERP)
  • Strong expertise in local Philippine taxation
  • Experience handling books of investment/holding companies
  • loves to work with a non-traditional, progressive and forward-thinking management.
