Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Financial Solutions Specialist based in PNB Branches located in Cebu. The Financial Solutions Specialist will be responsible for providing tailored financial advice, conducting customer consultations, performing financial needs analysis, generating and following up on leads, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves regular client meetings, collaborating with internal teams for customized solutions, and adhering to Allianz standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and client needs
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Consulting and providing financial advice
  • Proven track record in Sales and client relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in finance or insurance are a plus
