Conduct product presentations and explain medical benefits, indications, and usage. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics. Regularly visit healthcare providers to ensure product visibility and recall. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and objections effectively. Market Development Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments. Implement sales and marketing strategies in assigned territories. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities, calls, and expenses. Submit regular reports on sales performance, territory coverage, and market feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Requirements Must have driving skills and a valid driver’s license Willing to travel Preferably a graduate from a Medical field (e.g., Med Tech, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.) At least 1 year of pharma/medical sales experience Eager to work, a fast learner, and a good communicator Strong presentation and negotiation skills Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high-quality standards and customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
