ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Lead Generation: Create marketing materials, sales tools, and product knowledge. Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing). Qualify leads generated Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Prepare of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement. Marketing Execution & Brand Awareness: Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns, both online and offline. Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing collateral. Manage and execute social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for optimization. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials. Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities. Customer Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Support customer communication efforts through various channels. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams. Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or related role. Strong understanding of basic sales and marketing principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Canva Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
