We are seeking a talented individual to join our (team name) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Responsible for managing the initiation of the renewal process for insurance policies. Request quotes from insurers to support the renewal and placement of policies. Generate comparative analyses to evaluate different insurance options and provide insights for decision‑making. Send placement and quote slips to insurers to facilitate timely policy issuance. Conduct thorough policy checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. Raise billing requests to ensure proper invoicing and financial tracking. Assist in maintaining operational systems and tools, providing support to enhance efficiency. Perform timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information to support team objectives. Adheres to company policies and contributes to the achievement of O&T Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
