- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in English; able to adapt to multiple digital platforms.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to work graveyard shift or night differential where required; some roles onsite, some remote.
- Experience in customer service or BPO is advantageous but not always required depending on the position.
- Technical aptitude may include familiarity with SaaS tools, CRM, or ERP systems (examples: SAP/Oracle/Microsoft SQL, HubSpot/QuickBooks beneficial but not mandatory).
