Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Mentor junior and mid-level developers. Oversee the design, coding, testing, and maintenance of web services. Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements. Ensure alignment with architectural designs and business needs. Improve skills through training and support team members. Identify and implement best practices to enhance development workflows. Act as a liaison for clients, providing updates on project status. Involved in strategic direction for software development efforts. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related fields; undergraduates may apply. Mid-level: 3+ years of Spring Boot experience; Senior: 5+ years. Strong communication, debugging, and optimization skills. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with UML diagrams, IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ), and code versioning tools (Git). Leadership experience for Senior role, with ability to solve complex problems. Preferred Skills: Experience with Swagger, PCF, Rabbit MQ, REST/SOAP web services. Knowledge in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), markup languages (JSON, YAML).
