  • Mentor junior developers and improve skills through training.
  • Collaborate on best practices and act as a point of contact for clients.
Senior Spring Boot Developer
  • Lead daily team meetings and guide project progress.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Oversee the design, coding, testing, and maintenance of web services.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment with architectural designs and business needs.
  • Improve skills through training and support team members.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance development workflows.
  • Act as a liaison for clients, providing updates on project status.
  • Involved in strategic direction for software development efforts.

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related fields; undergraduates may apply.

  • Mid-level: 3+ years of Spring Boot experience; Senior: 5+ years.
  • Strong communication, debugging, and optimization skills.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with UML diagrams, IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ), and code versioning tools (Git).
  • Leadership experience for Senior role, with ability to solve complex problems.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Swagger, PCF, Rabbit MQ, REST/SOAP web services.
  • Knowledge in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), markup languages (JSON, YAML).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
