Remote Sales Representative Location: MCI San Joaquin, Western Visayas, Philippines (remote work‑from‑home) Employment type: Full‑time About the Company MCI is a fast‑growing technology‑enabled business services company providing customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing (BPO), and anything‑as‑a‑service (XaaS) solutions across many industries. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Present and promote products and services effectively Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources Escalate complex issues when necessary Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements Qualifications Minimum 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent Previous remote call‑center experience High proficiency in English (spoken and written) Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute High‑speed internet connection Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Windows operating systems Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills Must be within 80 km of the MCI office (remote work only) Essential Requirements High‑speed internet connection Quiet, appropriate home work environment Prior work‑from‑home experience Application & Screening Complete the full application on the MCI careers page, including screening questions and a brief pre‑employment test Must submit Level II background and/or security investigation (fingerprint required) Must submit to drug screening Authorized to work in the Philippines EEO Statement All aspects of employment at MCI are based solely on a person's merit and qualifications.
