We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Project Manager to join our team In this role, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of exciting digital projects. You’ll work closely with designers, videographers, developers, and other creative professionals to bring projects to life—from concept to delivery. What You’ll Do: Lead digital projects : Manage everything from the initial concept to production, post-production, and final delivery. Work with creative teams : Coordinate designers, videographers, animators, developers, and marketers to ensure everything runs smoothly. Create and manage plans : Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track. Ensure timely delivery : Oversee production schedules and content calendars to meet deadlines. Be the main point of contact : Act as the bridge between the creative team and stakeholders to make sure everyone’s on the same page. Ensure quality : Make sure the final product meets high creative standards and is aligned with company goals. Solve problems : Remove roadblocks and manage any risks to keep things moving forward. Track and report : Measure project performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports to optimize future projects. What You Need: Experience : Proven background in managing digital projects, including video production, graphic design, web development, and digital content. Project Management Skills : You know how to plan, budget, and manage resources to deliver on time. Creative Workflow Knowledge : Familiar with creative production, including video editing, animation, design, and web development. Tools : Comfortable using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Creative Software : Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc. Communication : Strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams. Problem-Solving : Ability to tackle challenges head-on and stay organized under pressure. Multi-tasking : Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. Nice to Have (But Not Required): A degree in Project Management , Media Production , Communications , or something similar. Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum, etc.). Experience working in a digital agency , media company , or in-house creative team . Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web publishing . #J-18808-Ljbffr
