Overview

Outbound Analyst - SCommerce (Davao) at Shopee. Responsibilities include monitoring the outbound order process, analyzing performance metrics, and managing exceptions to ensure timely shipments and adherence to commitments.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Order Monitoring: Track and manage the outbound order process to ensure shipments are picked, packed, and shipped according to schedules and customer commitments.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Analyze outbound KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping rate, shipping costs, and carrier performance. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support decision-making.
  • Exception Management: Investigate and resolve outbound exceptions such as delayed shipments, mis-picks, and order discrepancies. Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in basic and advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and e-commerce operations
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities
