TheSenior Salesforce Developer oversees the development and support of Salesforce applications and systems within the Application Support Services team. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users. Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week RTO) Work Shift: Day Shift Responsibilities Lead and mentor the technical team in Salesforce development and support. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications (custom objects, workflows, validation rules). Manage integrations with third-party systems and platforms. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and code reviews. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and continuous process improvement. Coordinate project planning, timelines, and deliverables across shifts and time zones. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Has a minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML). Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.
