We are seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will gather, prepare, and interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve business-affecting decisions. This role should be able to support operations through providing tools/trackers, analysis and insights in terms of planning and forecasting operations Key Performance Indicators such as volume analysis, process performance analysis, and data structure analysis. What you'll be doing ● Creates appropriate data visualizations as required by Senior Data Analysts (DA) and/or the DA Manager ● Providing expanded analytics reporting as per business requirements ● Data extraction and providing information to relevant internal and external stakeholders as required ● Manage data warehouse such as cleaning, checking for erroneous/unusual data inputs, managing duplicate entries, and reports them to Senior DA ● Implement performance monitoring tools and put in place systems to drive performance excellence, with guidance from the Senior DA· ● Works closely with the Senior DA in developing new and improved analytics systems, all the way from prototyping What we're looking for Experienced and skilled in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, etc.), Google Workspace/Suite (Google Sheets, etc) ● At least 1 year of working experience in data management and analytics ● High attention to detail with strong analytical skills, able to analyze and organize data into valueadding insights ● Ability to successfully meet deadlines and work under pressure with pressing timelines ● Confidence in delivery and willingness to learn and grow ● Ability to work in a team and independently ● Strong sense of ownership, highly productive and efficient GOOD TO HAVE: ● SQL and Java Script knowledge is a plus ● Zoho CRM knowledge is a plus ● Ability to diagnose and assess processes and practices to develop plans for improvements ● A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent Apply now for this exciting opportunity to kickstart your data analyst career.
