Geodetic Survey Engineer

We are looking for a geodetic survey engineer to become part of our site-based team at the Bacoor Reclamation and Development Project in Bacoor City, Philippines. The expected project duration is about 20 months. What you do as a Geodetic Survey Engineer Surveying & mapping of project development, ensuring the contractor uses correct instruments and techniques. Monitoring & control of the works: witnessing the works to ensure they are undertaken according to the project specifications; monitoring progress and making adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Data analysis: analyze survey data to provide insights and recommendations for the project; process and interpret geospatial data to support decision-making. Quality assurance: ensure the quality and accuracy of survey data and dredging operations through regular checks and validations. Coordination: collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to integrate survey data into the project workflow. Reporting: prepare detailed reports and documentation of survey findings, progress, and any issues encountered. Compliance: ensure all survey activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, environmental guidelines, and safety protocols. Contribute to the completion of weekly, monthly, and other reports. Develop and maintain working relationships with clients and contractors. What you bring Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant degree. 7‑12 years of relevant work experience. Experience as a geodetic survey engineer in a construction management consultancy firm. Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal). Strong record‑keeping skills. Analytical thinker and strong problem‑solving ability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team player, versatile, and energetic. Adept at working in a digital way.
