Join our team as a Senior Contracts Engineer

Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Engineer to join our growing Project Services Group in Manila.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake pre-award contract management activities, including pre-qualification, tender development, and evaluation.
  • Manage the tender process, including drafting and issuing addendums, and chairing tender review meetings.
  • Prepare and issue conformed contract documents for execution.
  • Undertake post-award contract administration activities, including management of contractual deliverables, correspondence, and claims.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date contract management activity registers.
  • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report progress of contract management activities.
  • Collate and compile project reporting requirements.
  • Ensure contract management activities are performed to the highest standard, quality, and ethics.
  • Collaborate in the development of project-specific management plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Register and file all relevant contract management documentation in accordance with Lycopodium-approved procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering or qualification in Quantity Surveying, construction management, or related areas, with knowledge and experience in contract law.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a similar role with relevant industry experience.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment.
  • Solid technical aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
