Job Description – Chat Support Associate (E-Commerce Platform)

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat with professionalism and accuracy
  • Assist users with platform navigation, order status, refund requests, and issue resolution
  • Maintain service quality by meeting response time, tone, and accuracy benchmarks
Job Requirements – Chat Support Associate (E-Commerce Platform)
  • Must have completed Senior High School
  • With or without BPO or customer service experience
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Willing to work full-time onsite at our Silang, Cavite office
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including day and night shifts
  • Must possess government-issued IDs and valid documentation (TIN, SSS, PHIC, PAG-IBIG, etc.) and bring the following documents: NBI Clearance, Birth Certificate, TOR/Diploma.
