You’ll use our systems and tools to drive scalable revenue growth, boost productivity, and enable long‑term business impact. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams, serving as a key voice in aligning efforts toward greater efficiency and excellence. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter—driven, resourceful, and comfortable managing complex projects from start to finish. Day In The Life Support ongoing customization of the Salesforce platform and lead new developments using functionality such as formulas, flows, Process Builder, and approval processes. Create and maintain up‑to‑date documentation of internal CRM processes for all initiatives. Collaborate cross‑functionally to plan, coordinate, and manage Salesforce development projects. Safeguard data integrity through validation rules, monitoring, de‑duplication, and regular cleanup. Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance processes and data flow.' Work closely with internal data teams and business owners to manage, update, and optimize Salesforce integrations—both internal and third‑party. Think critically and strategically about how business processes and systems evolve; proactively identify potential gaps or challenges in proposed solutions before implementation. Who You Are 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration Ability to design and implement an excellent Salesforce solution to solve an observed problem Expert Salesforce report/dashboard builder Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment Strong project management, problem solving and technical skills to effectively design quality solutions Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively Experience designing and configuring in a collaborative environment Thorough understanding of custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process flows, and visual workflow--and knowledge of which situations are appropriate for each Exposure to Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Components, and/or the Salesforce.com API, and an interest in developing these skills Must be able to work and collaborate effectively during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
