Job Title: Finance & Admin Senior Consultant

Category: Finance

Work Setup: Hybrid – McKinley Hills, Taguig (2–3x per week onsite)

Work Schedule: Mid-shift

Salary Range:

  • ₱28,000 – ₱30,000 (for applicants with at least 3 years’ experience; depends on seniority of experience)
  • ₱24,000 (for applicants with 1–2 years’ experience and skills limited to this role only)
Non-Negotiable Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Finance Admin & Reporting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to solve problems effectively and multitask.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
  • Action-oriented, with a sense of ownership and ability to deliver effective resolutions.
  • Creativity in devising customer solutions within guidelines.
  • Quantitative proficiency for manual calculations.
  • Adaptability to handle changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good written and spoken English communication.
  • Amenable to hybrid setup in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines and mid-shift schedule.
Position Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and ad hoc projects.
  • Serve as a senior member who coaches and mentors junior team members.
  • Support project teams to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and enable accurate reporting.
  • Identify and apply special techniques to improve project efficiency.
  • Contribute to process, procedure, and tool creation and improvement.
  • Facilitate alignment of project portfolio with business strategy and objectives.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned areas.
  • Document, update, and maintain Operational Process Manuals (OPMs) or work instructions.
  • Perform duties according to documented OPMs/work instructions.
  • Commit to staying in the project/team for at least 2 years.
