Job Title: Finance & Admin Senior Consultant
Category: Finance
Work Setup: Hybrid – McKinley Hills, Taguig (2–3x per week onsite)
Work Schedule: Mid-shift
Salary Range:
- ₱28,000 – ₱30,000 (for applicants with at least 3 years’ experience; depends on seniority of experience)
- ₱24,000 (for applicants with 1–2 years’ experience and skills limited to this role only)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Finance Admin & Reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to solve problems effectively and multitask.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
- Action-oriented, with a sense of ownership and ability to deliver effective resolutions.
- Creativity in devising customer solutions within guidelines.
- Quantitative proficiency for manual calculations.
- Adaptability to handle changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Amenable to hybrid setup in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines and mid-shift schedule.
- Act as primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and ad hoc projects.
- Serve as a senior member who coaches and mentors junior team members.
- Support project teams to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and enable accurate reporting.
- Identify and apply special techniques to improve project efficiency.
- Contribute to process, procedure, and tool creation and improvement.
- Facilitate alignment of project portfolio with business strategy and objectives.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned areas.
- Document, update, and maintain Operational Process Manuals (OPMs) or work instructions.
- Perform duties according to documented OPMs/work instructions.
- Commit to staying in the project/team for at least 2 years.
