Role Description

The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including corporate transactions, tax, energy, real estate, litigation, intellectual property, and advisory services. Daily tasks may involve legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and advising clients on legal issues.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal counsel
  • Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and litigation law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant bar admission and license to practice law in the Philippines
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and technology
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Law or related field
