You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth across several companies within our group, and help form the foundation of a centralized performance marketing unit. Details Location: Remote (Work from home) Type: Full‑Time Contract (3‑Month Paid Trial followed by 1‑Year Contract) Monthly Compensation: PHP 25,000 – PHP 30,000+ (Based on experience and value) Application Deadline: November 30th Start Date: December 1st, 2025—or as soon as possible About Reisefilm Reisefilm (meaning Travel Film in Norwegian) is a creative agency with over 10 years of experience producing emotionally‑driven branded content for clients in the travel, transportation, lifestyle, and real estate sectors. Beyond agency work, we manage a diverse portfolio of privately held companies spanning travel, real estate, marketing, and e‑commerce. We’re now building a centralized Performance Marketing division to oversee paid campaigns across our brands and clients, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership of that mission. What We’re Looking For We’re after someone analytical, creative, and independent—a data‑driven marketer who thrives on experimentation and improvement. 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, or similar platforms) Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic remarketing strategies Proficiency with Google Analytics and data‑driven decision‑making Familiarity with ad budgets, bid optimization, and conversion tracking Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests A college degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Excellent English communication skills and confidence in presenting reports to senior management A results‑focused mindset and the ability to work independently while coordinating with creative teams Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta platforms Develop data‑backed strategies to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs Collaborate with creative and social/sales teams to align ads with brand goals Manage ad budgets across multiple brands and monitor ROI daily Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Research new tools, trends, and opportunities to enhance ad performance Build the foundation of a performance marketing system and eventually lead a small team as the department grows Hiring Process Quick Apply via LinkedIn Intro Call (15 min) Short Case Challenge (campaign simulation) Final Interview 3‑Month Paid Trial Full Role Onboarding + Team Integration Additional Notes This is a contracted position, not direct employment.
