Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field. • At least 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise systems or virtualization. • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and basic Linux. • Experience with backup tools (Veeam, Acronis) and Active Directory management. • Knowledge of Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V preferred. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
