Guidance Counselor

The University of Perpetual Help System - Laguna is currently looking for dedicated and passionate Guidance Counselors.

The Guidance Counselor provides guidance and counseling services to the students as the need arises along with data from psychological tests and inputs from teachers, administrators and parents. She/he attends to the personal and psycho-emotional needs of the students in relation to their academic performance and total formation in general.

• Develop the guidance and counseling program.
• Interview, counsel, and assist students in clarifying issues which are of concern to them.
• Maintain and analyze all student data and prepare programs and activities to provide support to all students\' plans.
• Coordinate with professors, parents, and other stakeholders concerned in his/her counseling works.
• Conduct group guidance sessions, orientation activities, trainings and seminars.
• Conduct individual and group counseling.
• Explain psychological test results to students, professors, parents, and/or any authorized persons, either in group or individually.

• Registered Guidance Counselor
• Must have a Master’s in Guidance Counseling
• At least one year of relative experience
• Amenable to work on-site in Binan, Laguna
